I had a bailiff turn up at my mams house which I do not love at. I have no fixed address at the minute. But they turned up today at mams with and enforcement warrant. For a parking fine £425. I’ve offered a payment plan. But they will not accept . I’ve asked them for 14 days to pay it as I’m waiting for my monthly pay. But they will no accept. I’ve offered to pay 100 today but they won’t accept. Is there anything I can do to stop them removing food from my mothers address

They wont remove food! They will only remove goods that you own.
You really should provide an alternative address and save your poor mother the bother tbh, are you at a hostel?

In any case unless this has gone through court and a CCJ has been issued, these bailiffs have as much power as the milkman.

Just make sure you or your mother does not open the door to them or let them in, I hope they haven't been let in.

Don`t let them in, they can`t force entry to private property for parking fines.

They can`t do a thing if you keep them outside.

Suggest to your mom that if they show up she has her mobile ready (assuming she has one) and videos the interaction.  Even if she doesn't know how to do this have her say "I'm filming this" and hold her phone up.  They won't know for sure but will as a result behave themselves - not get pushy, nor aggressive.  They won't force their way into her house as they know they have no right to do so.

You need to give them your address and not involve your mother in these issues.  I am sure that she could do without to the stress and inconvenience.  As advised, she should not the let them in or engage with them.

The bailiffs will be acting on a warrant issued after a CCJ was granted, you can`t engage them otherwise.

They will attend the address they were given on the warrant, the OP has to go to court to change that.

If your mother has refused entry to them and you are not paying them they will have no option other than to report back to the creditor that they have failed and the creditor can try something else.
