Thanks for telling me about the site I've just used it to find Eye of judgement for £20 less than anywhere else (It was at Game. Oh the irony!). Dont forget that if you are going to use the search site, don't buy via their link but go back and make the purchase via quidco.0 -

Sorry but it always looks suspicious when a new member joins the forum and suddenly starts posting new threads about one particular company.
This may well be someone genuine who likes Game, but who's to say?
I'd tend to agree if it was https://www.joebloggsgames.co.uk or https://www.neverheardofusgames.co.uk. but GAME? The UK's largest retailer??? I hardly think they need to plant spam on Message boards! lol. :rotfl:0 -
One thing to bear in mind. Whilst GAME never comes out cheapest for individual items (the only one I can recall is when they had their XBox Live promotion where a 1 year subscription was £20 or something), they are sometimes pretty good for their 2 for £15 types of deals.
Therefore, whilst they're never good when comparing through GamesTracker, they sometimes have good deals.
The most recent I can remember is Titan Quest Gold Edition (game plus expansion) on 2 for £15. Not bad.

Whilst I'm not saying whether this is spam or not, I disagree totally with your logic. It is well known that Tesco monitor this site, so why wouldnt game? Some advertising working thinks its an easy way to get a few extra thousand hit (And it will, this thread has already been viewed over 2500 times!!).
Don't care how big the business is, it's got to be worth a try!0 -

Hi,
I only started this thread because i got a few good deals and thought other gamers could get some.0 -
People do tend to be a bit suspicious, which I guess is inevitable when you've made four posts and the first three are about Game. I find it more helpful when posters dig out individual bargains rather than saying 'there's a sale on at such-and-such'. If anyone can highlight a good Game deal in the sale I'd be grateful, because I couldn't find any.0
