Huawei Luna Battery Fusion Solar app settings help needed

Hello,

I would really appreciate some help please. 

I think there is something wrong with my battery settings (5kW luna)

Here is a photo of the settings. The PV system was set up for electricity to go to my iBoost first then house then battery, then export. 

Please can someone tell me if these settings are correct as my husband messed around with them and doesn't remember how the engineer left them.

Thanks for replying. I have figured out that my app data is a whole hour behind present time so the numbers all looked wrong. Is there any way to fix this delay. I thought it was supposed to be 5 minutes?

I have turned off my iBoost for now to see if that improves battery efficiency given lower gas prices. 

My electricity is a three phase supply and my usage is very high which I don't really understand. For instance yesterday my highest peak of PV output was completely mirrored by consumption to within 0.05kW. I find this very hard to believe. Also my actual electricity usage from the grid is higher than Fusion Solar shows, more than double. Something is off. 

Any advice would be very welcome.

Is this a new installation, and has it been like that since day one? If so, it is likely that the installer has put the CT clamps on incorrectly. This is not an uncommon for 3-phase installations. The Huawei hardware is very reliable, but there was an issue with the software on one of their releases that caused a similar issue, but I suspect it is most likely to be the CT clamps.

The installation is several months old but I have no confidence in the installers as have had no end of problems. They just fob me off and offer no real help. I will join the group and investigate if there is an issue with the CT clamps. Thanks very much for taking the time to reply!

I’ve had a look and there is an iboost clamp on one phase but that’s it. So the app is only ‘seeing’ the data from this one wire? No wonder it’s so far from actual usage. How odd the installers didn’t know this when I told them of the issue. Thanks again
