HELP CAN the OR do as they please?Re- deed of assignment on possible aquired inheritance property

Options
Hi all,

I have posted on different threads as I had different questions and I appreciate the complexities of my case and I am already paying legal fees with my family to get back inherited property back from my brother I really cannot afford to get separate legal advice.

My brother raised my B and my solictors had to go to the inolvency service and ask for a deed of assignment.
The OR have come back with accepting a deed of assignment but have opened up accepting  offers/bides  from him since he currently holds the assets as well as not saying that will accept offers regardless of whether i and my siblings are successful in the claim against my brother.

Can this really be the case- if I didnt win my claim I would have no asset and secondly how can it be fair to allow him who is already holding the asset wrongfully to allow to buy the share¿Of course he will bid higher he has all the money and assets.
i feel like this has become a lucrative business rather then an a remedial exercise.
Any experience or help will be greatfully accepted.
I know solictors (my solicitor is only a propery one not a bankruptcy expert) are involved no and maybe this has given the OR some idea that I am rich when it is far from thr truth.
Can i appeal directly to the OR.

The OR is not the person who dealt with my claim which was 20 years AGO!
Please help"

Having read your other thread, I do wonder if you can turn this to your advantage. If the OR is going to take most or all of the funds anyway, can you assign it to them and let them take the legal action against your brother?

I wasn’t aware that you can assign it to the OR
I thought they already have the vested interest?

You admit on another thread that you lied to the OR. You claimed to be living in a property when you weren't. This changes how the OR deals with property as a family home is treated differently to a property you rent out.

The OR is now asking for offers on it. Of course they are going to accept the highest offer.
