Natwest - deals eligibility?

We are coming to the end of our 5 year fix with Natwest. I've had a look at the deals we can switch to through their online "Manage your Mortgage" portal and then put the same numbers into the MSE mortgage comparison tool.
As you've probably already guessed, there are lower Natwest rates available in the MSE comparison tool (with the same or lower fees) than can be switched to via "Manage your mortgage" portal.
Is there anything stopping me applying for the better deals, or are these only available for new customers?
I appreciate that the better deals may result in full affordability checks and so on.

The product transfer deals allow you to 'self-remortgage' without a credit check or broker - assuming nothing is changing.Brokers have access to more deals and may also get slightly better rates on your behalf.0

The NatWest rates on the MSE tool will be for new, no existing NatWest borrowers.
If you are an existing NatWest borrower looking at a new rate with NatWest, you would do well to speak to an independent broker as you may well find they can access you a new NatWest rate which is a shave off of those offered by the Lender direct.I am a Mortgage Broker

Natwest also have deals available specifically for people with "green" homes, these may not be being disclosed properly on the price comparison sites.

Thanks, that's what I thought. I'll dig out the details of the broker we used before and see what he can find, not particularly tied to Natwestamnblog said:The NatWest rates on the MSE tool will be for new, no existing NatWest borrowers.

I doubt we'd be eligible for that TBH, it's a 1930s bungalow with not particularly great insulation!ACG said:Natwest also have deals available specifically for people with "green" homes, these may not be being disclosed properly on the price comparison sites.

Thats why I mentioned it. Sometimes Natwest pop up with good deals, but they are only available for green properties. So you just need to make sure you are not looking at deals your property would not be eligible for.notyourrealname said:

The MSE Tool does now show transfer deals if you click the big box on the top left (Product Transfer Options Get Started):amnblog said:The NatWest rates on the MSE tool will be for new, no existing NatWest borrowers.
