One of my 1st thoughts agreed with @dunstonh which led to me rechecking via PW's/DC Support as RBI Sipp which Does include Global or overseas stocks and since learned there's a Coutts Dublin ref.
Anyway PW'S/DC Support advised the Overseas Q Isn't stock specific.
Q 5 I rechecked via DC tel support yesterday and was advised to tick Yes for impartial Advice ref PW's call
and to tick No as I wouldn't rec' written report from PW's

I'll let DC respond to 'Their' Answers
t.b.h. I only ever had basic Knowledge hence I did make calls to DC Support+PW's
Seriosly enjoyed my 2nd PW's session as Retirement was years away from 1st session.
This time I've made very good use and seems much more relvant.
I asked if my combined DC/RBI Sipp ever exceeds 30k -which it could is IFA required, which was No post transfer.
Some pre 55 25% talk which hopefully isn't needed which is helpful.
I mostly avoided post retirement talk though I can call PW's again nearer the time when Mortgage is repaid.

Is this a SIPP or is it their robo pension?
You mention SIPP but their main offering isn't a SIPP but a robo.

Anyway PW'S/DC Support advised the Overseas Q Isn't stock specific.

If they are referring to the offshore bond question, they are correct.  If they are referring to the investment question asking about overseas investments, then they are wrong.

Bizarre.  Its the wrong interpretation as the follow on from that question is to ask for the adviser name which they are then meant to check against the FCA register.

On the plus side, if they interpret the questions wrongly, then chances are they will interpret the answers wrongly as well.     This process was meant to be consistent across the board, with the allowance of discretion.     Your case seems to be different to the norm.

RBI Pensions refer to this product as Sipp, what mser's prefer to call robo as it's pre chosen funds.

Maybe I've got it wrong immediately after DC Call, if so my latest transfer will be rejected again.

Honestly, maybe worth a follow up tel call to DC which I hoped to avoid.

Letter today 27/12/24
Docs have been accepted, though I didn't check DC Value as often it has decreased very slightly for transfer to rbi Pensions + smaller of 2 pensions is hopefully reactivated again as another provider has changed, this 2nd /fer was on hold until provider changed.
RBI Pension pre transfer is +12.00% it has been a decent year, Lets recheck next year once transfers are complete.

2nd of ex workplace schemes rec’ by rbi pensions.
Currently 0.09% down, No further transfers req.
