I switched off all adblockers and any other extensions that could interfere and there is no entry form showing. I have tried 9 different browsers, some have no extensions/add-ons at all and still no form and the link from the T&Cs gives the same result.

It took a bit of fiddling but I got it to appear in Edge eventually by clicking the icon to the left of the address bar and toggling "Tracking Prevention" to off.....
Its not tracking that is causing the issue alone, its canvas fingerprinting, they really do insist on getting your unique id without your permission.Been around for a while and many browsers are blocking crude canvas fingerprint attempts, which might just explain why it wont load
