Accord Mortgage Checks

Hi,

We’ve had our mortgage offer from Accord mortgages back in January 2024. The solicitor enquiries seems to be finally coming to an end and I was wondering if anyone knows if Accord Mortgages do any last minute checks before releasing funds? And if so, what do they check for?

Thank you!

Other than the valuation I can't think of any other checks they'd do.  Mortgage offers tend to be valid for 6 months  but I expect you should be able to complete your purchase before that time
