1.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “Digital Radio Giveaway” (the “Competition”). 

These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html which also apply to this Competition. 

It is an online competition which can only be entered at www.absoluteradio.co.uk 

1 will be chosen by electronic random draw from the online competition which runs from 5pm on Wednesday 5th June and closes at 11.59pm on Sunday 30th June. 

Entrants will need to enter personal details including; Name, Email and Address.  

 

Personal details are only used by us to contact the winner unless otherwise instructed.  

If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, they will be discounted from the competition and a new winner will be chosen.

3. DATES  

Online Competition 

Start Date and End Date.   

From 5pm on Wednesday 5th June (Start Date) and closes at 11.59pm on Sunday 30th June. (End Date)

Entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date will be invalid.   

 

 

4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS  

The Competition is only open to people aged 18 and over who: (i) live in the United Kingdom, (ii) are not a Bauer employee or their immediate family (including live-in partner) and (iii) are not an employee of any third-party sponsors or prize providers, or their immediate family (including live-in partner). 

 

5. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT 

Entrants who are randomly selected will be contacted by the phone number provided with their entry.  

By entering the Competition, the entrant is automatically consenting to being called and having their voice, name and location, as well as any other details or information they share about themselves, being announced on-air. 

 

6. THE PRIZE  

Online Competition 

There will be 1 winner selected at random from all correct entries. 

Each winner will be randomly selected and their prize will consist of: 

1 x DAB radio.  

The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. 

Bauer Radio reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize in its sole and absolute discretion. 

Bauer will require the winner to confirm full name, email address and address.
