answer = Sesame oil, I did google this and it did say it was used on Pizzas but from posts bellow looks as though it is Chilli oil.

I'm not convinced Sesame oil is correct.
I've seen plenty of Chilli oil in pizza places.19 -

I think the page defaults to choosing Sesame Oil but it’s definitely Chili Oil12
