Got a jumper & it needs to be returned
Giver gave me receipt & Ive lost it.

Primark have changed their policy as i took back one item couple of weeks back and they refused to do anything without receipt.
You can try as sometimes it depends on the person you are dealing with so may be you can ask for exchange.0 -
I posted a topic before but nobody took notice of it! Primark are allowing exchanges only without reciepts after Christmas as 'unwanted Christmas gifts'..

i work for primark and the xmas policy is you can exchange until 2nd february without a receipt but you will not be able to get a refund without one.if you have a receipt the normal 28 day refund applies.0

I bought a top for work to be used part of our kids holiday club - it was the wrong colour green! i had stupidly lost the recipet and they would not refund OR exchange without the receipt. The top was a mans polo top and had one of those cardboard seals round it - it was obvious it hadnt been opended but they wouldnt budge.
I ended up donating it to a charity shop - £4 down the drainDebt free May 2016 (without the support of MSE forum users that would never have been possible - thank you all)0
