Interest free loan

My wife paid a 10% deposit for an interest free loan on a Wren kitchen. Due to an unforeseen change in circumstances, financial and personal, she can no longer afford it. Can she cancel the loan and get her deposit back. The salesman said that the kitchen does not exist until 4 weeks before installing so Wren have incurred no expenditure yet

    When was it paid?

What do the cancellation terms say?
Presumably you bought it in person rather than dealing with it all 100% remotely?
