Motorbike purchase cancellation

Hello

I was wondering if I had right to cancel my purchase of a motorbike.

I felt maybe I rushed my decision to purchase the bike.
Bike was viewed on the premises.
Finance application was filled out on a  tablet and sent on the premises.
£100 of a £1000 deposit was paid via a card machine on the premises and given a paper invoice.
Finance application was signed online at home.

Finance agreement says something about 14 day cooling off period. Right to withdraw from the credit but not the purchase of the goods.

What are my options?

You can cancel the finance without issue.

If you signed the purchase contract on the premises you do have any cooling off period regarding the actual purchase and if you wish to cancel then the cancellation conditions in the contract apply.

Only thing I remember signing is credit agreement at home online, digitally.
Finance was applied for on premises and paid some of deposit not full deposit.

Have a look through the paperwork you've been sent, it would be unusual for them to get you to sign up to finance without yet having signed off on the order of the bike as inevitably numbers could move if there has been an error/miscommunication.

As you were on prem there is no cooling off period for the bike itself and so will be subject to the agreed terms.
