Awaiting house completion and car finance

My husband and I are waiting on the completion of our first house purchase. We applied for car finance a couple of months before our mortgage, however we are not due to collect the car until the middle of next month. We have already had the credit check done for the car when we applied for the finance, but have not yet signed anything.
My question is, will collecting the car and completing paperwork affect our mortgage before completing on the house purchase? or should everything be fine as we got the car finance credit check before applying for the mortgage.
We noted in our mortgage application that we would have the monthly payment to the car and also stated the full amount of the car as monies owing.
