    Without wishing to stress OP out further, I would double check exactly what period has been deducted from May's wage as I suspect there may be a further balancing deduction from June's wage. 

    OP was off sick for 30 week-days.  If paid an annual salary, each month you get paid about 21.6 days pay. But OP says all 30 days sick have been adjusted for in May's pay.  I don't see how that is possible as you can't deduct 30 days absence from 21.6 days pay. 

    Depending on how much OP gets paid per day the 5 weeks SSP may or may not cover the balance of 8/9 days absence but not if OP is working full time hours.  It may do if she is working about 4 hours a day at NMW.

    I would want to double check whether June will be a "full normal" pay month or if there are still adjustments to be made.
