I work somewhere which does a share match scheme. And i am leaving in 2 months,
A) i have some shares which are over 5 years old which i can sell the free shares and purchased tax free.
B ) i have some shares between 3-5 years i can sell free and purchased shares WITH TAX.
C) shares under 3 years i will have to sacrifice free shares and i can sell purchased shares WITH TAX.
is there anyway to reduce tax burden with cohort B and C? For example transfer to a ISA?

Transferring to an ISA should eliminate some or all of the capital gains tax liability but not the income tax and NI:

On 7k worth of shares with about 2k of free matched shares, and shares rising about 10%. I’ve not used any cgt this year? I don’t think I’ll benefit from transferring to isa?0
