Unknown loan - debt recovery

Good afternoon and thank you for any help/advice.
Today, I received a text message from ResolveCall - it follows through to a letter that states they are chasing a debt on behalf of Intrum with the original loan people being MoneyShop.
I don't believe I have ever used MoneyShop and there is nothing on my credit file. I have another debt that I have been paying off to Intrum but have never received any correspondence from them regarding this alleged debt. I have also lived at my current address for 10 years and have never needed this type of loan in that time (the only time I would have been that desperate would have been before 2010).
Please can anyone advise what sort of letter to send to them.
Thank you in adavnce.

They would need evidence that you owe the money, how much the debt is, and what the debt relates to

This is what you need.

Thank you to all for the replies.
I have had this response:
“We refer to the above account which was passed to us for collection.
Our client has requested that we return this account to them.
As we are no longer dealing with the account we request that no payment is made to ourselves. If you have been making payments please ensure these are cancelled.”
I assume Intrum will now start contacting me directly?!

Resolvecall don`t like to get involved with the hassle of obtaining proof of liability in matters such as this, they just do as they have done, and return it to their client.
You may get Intrum contact you directly, but more likely it will be another collection company, that`s if they even bother.
