NRAM THEN HELIODOR

Hi, I think this is similar to the 'mortgage prisoner' type thing - I am just wondering if anyone else has been stuck with Heliodor, I am sure the interest rate they charge on my Interest only mortgage has been too high all along and would like advice as to how I can go about checking on that and hopefully, doing something about it.
Where can I start?

hi,
I am like you and since Heliodor took over interest rates, loss of equity, and health issues resulted in me being unable to get a new mortgage.
I am awaiting Harcus Parker Case on behalf of Whistle Tree / Lloyds TSB which begins this month. Hopefully this will allow others to make claims and recover some money.
Google search: harcus parker mortgage prisoners
I actually managed to get all of the interest increase and decreased from nram.
I also got the Bank of England and Average SVR in UK.
When interest rates went up with Bank of England the Rates for Heliodor went up within 24 hours, the increase are never the same.
The bank of England reduced rates, guess who didn't reduce the interest rates on occasions for months.
I also wonder if other NRAM mortgage rates are higher/lower, as surely this would not be right? Have any group been even more screwed over by the government sale.
Richard Banks who was appointed by the Government to oversee our mortgages when NRAM collapsed NRAM UKAR.
He was on a huge salary with the Government, he then in October 2016 became a director for TOPAZ (Heliodor Owners).
Anybody else get a real strong "fishy" smell. I just don't understand how this has not been widely published.
Harcus Parker, I hope will have a positive outcome which then will open the door for other mortgage prisoners to start similar class actions.
It's down to the courts and I'm praying for a fair and just outcome for all. We were sold, have been treated poorly, and the government who made billions from the sale have done nothing but say that understand our plight.
Maybe they will understand the plight more, now many MPs in the party are out of work.
Worth having a look to see if this is something you may want to sign upto. I have, but it is right for me, may not be for everyone.
Hope helps.

Including things like "the SVR didn't track the base rate exactly and immediately" isn't a strong case.0
