Anyone any experience of timescales etc?
Applied a week ago, told processing time is currently 2 days and usually get offer letter within a week.
After 2 days, chased and they replied with a question on one of payslips. Said valuation was requested on day of application and they'd be in touch when it was booked. Surely it can't take more than a week to book??
Given were borrowing a relatively small amount of money, well under affordability and bang in the middle of an LTV band - just seems a slow process
