Hi, I paid into a pension via salary sacrifice. If my child applies for a maintenance student loan, then do I have to declare the money put into salary sacrifice pension?

thank you for any help

No.  The student loan is based on your taxable pay.  Salary sacrifice reduces this, so the maintainance loan is based on the parental income after the pension payment.
