Lime bike charges

I am charged for individual bike rides but then I am also charged a "group ride" where a few individual ones are grouped together.
I have raised this with Lime but I am not getting a response, other than we are looking into it, and there is no number to call.
Over the course of two days I was charged a total of £115!
Any help/suggestion is highly appreciated.
