I am trying to remember the timeline of what happened in my B
I feel like there were some discrepancies on my B form and the IPA - i.e i had put on the B an expenditure but that had changed in my IPA
Could anyone tell me how long an IPA last- i recall three years?
Does it usually start from the date of declared B. Also is there anything that would have stopped the IPA

Sorry i couldnt finish the previous post-
Is there anything that would have cancelled an IPA like a loss of job within the 3 years.
Whilst the B is discharged after 12 months - does the IPA continue as normal?
Also in what cases would my home have been discharged back to me? I remember a charge being put on it but I dont remember why it was given back to me?0 -
IPA must be set up anytime prior to discharge, they normally last 3 years, yes a change of circumstances can stop or alter the amount you pay to an IPA, for example you lose your job or suffer a loss of earnings for some other reason.
Can`t help with the charge unfortunately.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
