BISF mortgage, halifax

We are hoping to buy a BISF property from our landlord using a concessionary purchase and after rejection from halifax due to house construction type our new broker said halifax is our best shot. Weve had an AIP and submitted full application. Valuation is wed. I cant seem to find any evidence of anyone mortgaging this property type in the last 3 years. Has anyone recently secured a new mortgage on this construction recently? We dont want to leave the house its perfect for us and affordability isnt the issue. Just panicking as this seems like our last shot with halifax

if they rejected before for construction, why has your broker put into them?
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
