I owe RBS loan and credit card, both being dealt with moorcroft for nearly 2 years, Moorcroft accept my monthly payment offer for the RBS loan£1500 I made to them last month, but got email on Saturday saying RBS have now taken back the credit card debt £3000 back in-house and moor croft are no longer managing that account.
is that bad or good news.
plus link financial have agreed to mark the default on an old aqua card debt £770 back to October 2023 when they said they would default it, but never did. after I complained about their promise of a manual default.

Christians Against Poverty solved my debt problem, when all other debt charities failed. Give them a call !! ( You don't have to be a Christian ! )

Could be one of two reasons, Moorcroft only manage debts, they don`t buy them.
RBS could be on the verge of selling your accounts, in which case they, and the new owner will be writing to you shortly.
The other scenario, the least likely option, is that they have taken a commercial decision to write off what you owe.

Rbs did originally use westcot, then moved to moorcroft.
my wife's RBS credit card finally defaulted and RBS are using westcot
on a side note applied for jobs with more hours today and made initial contact with payplan to see what they suggest.
