These would be part dentures to replace missing teeth . You would need to wear them anyway if you were having many implants. If your life is on hold a simple treatment plan would allow you to progress further, look better and increase your confidence as well as sorting out any pain and infection. A simple treatment plan could probably be sorted in your budget now so long as you don’t need root treatment or crowns .It is really not a good idea , wherever you go , to go for a massive “all in one “ treatment to sort all your problems out quickly in one hit . You are more likely to hit complications and problems. Better to start out now getting a healthy mouth and one that looks better as simply as possible and then moving onto advanced dentistry when your budget , oral care , diet and hygiene are up to it.3

As BrookJack says though, they will look better than what you’ve got now and they can be a temporary fix while you look at the long-term plans and affordability. You might also find it helps your confidence to have something that looks a bit better in the meantime.I’m older than you, and I also hate the thought of dentures but I would have one as a temporary solution if I needed to If it was the least worst option at the time. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.1 -

Honestly I done a quick Google search and my teeth are only slightly better than this person's inclided below so I assumed it'd cost me a ridiculous amount of money to sort them out. Also I am currently living in Northern Ireland temporarily at home and will eventually be moving back to Britain when I get my issues sorted. So should if I see a dentist here should I develop a relationship with them and continue to fly back here and see them?

Brook2jack2 has given you really excellent advice.
All I can add it to say that you are very unlikely to get a "free estimate" from any dentist. Free estimates are the norm with most trades (e.g plumbers, carpenters, printers etc) but very unusual amongst professionals (e.g lawyers, doctors, dentists etc). Rightly or wrongly that is how it is.
It seems to me to make any progress you need to see somebody to get a professional opinion on the options and costs involved.
If you can find a NHS dentist it will cost very little, c. £25 for an inspection and treatment plan rising to a total of around £75 if you go ahead with any filings and/ or extractions, regardless of quantity. At the very least that would give you some idea and be useful in stopping the problems getting worse (or at least slowing it down).
Private options will cost vastly more but if you can't get an NHS inspection c. £75 on a detailed private assessment and treatment plan would surely still be worthwhile to get some idea of your options.
There really is no need to be embarrassed, they have seen it all before!

Actually NHS fees in Northern Ireland are different to England and you pay fee per item up to a maximum of £384 https://www.nidirect.gov.uk/articles/health-service-dental-charges-and-treatments
you will have to try quite hard to find a NHS dentist in NI as the service is in even greater crisis than England. However NI private prices are amongst the lowest in the U.K. so if you are going to be there whilst it is sorted out then best get going now. Looking at the photo you posted it would be really simple to make things look better. Most of the rotten teeth need to come out , a good scale and polish and oral hygiene instruction and a simple set of dentures whilst everything heals up.Many, many people wear dentures , they just don’t discuss it and very few people would notice. It has to be said there is a skill to wearing dentures and top dentures are easier to get used to than lowers , but they will make a huge difference in your looks and confidence .I don’t know these dentists but have picked them as an example of prices but a partial denture , check up and a lot of teeth out and hygiene visit is within your budget now. Ask friends and family who they use . Obviously if you can get a NHS dentist then it will be very much cheaper. https://www.appletreedental.co.uk/fees/. Or https://nidentalcare.co.uk/fees/1 -

UPDATE
OK so thanks for all the encouragementI just went to the dentist and they were really nice and understanding. I was really anxious though and mostly nodding along with what their were saying and only half following. They gave me this treatment plan and Im a little unsure if this is just initial work and I'll need more later? I have a lot of extractions but they didn't mention anything about replacements apart from for 2 specific teeth. I was asked about implants or something else but I said I couldn't afford implants. So I'm unsure if I am to have much more work done after this initial plan? I'd really appreciate it if Brook2jack or anyone could have a look at it for me?
Thanks0 -
This is a pretty comprehensive treatment plan at quite good prices.Looking at it you will have some gaps at the back but they are quite well spaced , should affect your eating or looks unless you have other previously missing back teeth. The only one that you will notice missing is UR3 which is a front right canine tooth . You can ask as you will have three top teeth missing if it’s possible to have a partial denture to tide you over as you save for an implant . A partial denture will probably be in the region of £400 I would think.Otherwise this gets all your fillings, extractions, root fillings and crowns sorted out , your front teeth will look much better as the abcessed will be sorted and the teeth will be crowned and filled and by the end of this you will have a healthy mouth . All that will be left to do is fill in the gaps on the upper , the lower gaps would not be so much of a problem.2

Thanks for the response. When you say about filling in the gaps on the upper do you mean with dentures etc? Would this be the next stage of the treatment plan? That's just the bit I was a little confused about with all the extractions plus I already had quite a few missing and there was no mention of replacements on the treatment plan. I'm sure the dentist did mention it but I was really nervous and anxious and didn't follow him 100%. He did mention at one point about options between getting an implant and something else which I forget the name of right now but he said the implants would be about 15k which is way out of my budget.
Also was a little confused about not doing anything with my bottom middle teeth which I will show here?
I know I should've asked asked all these questions at the time but I was anxious and when he said the cost would be around 4k I was thinking "great I can afford that" and it was only when I got home I started tk think I'd misunderstood and that was just for the initial stages.0
