Aviva SIPP dividend payment

Hi Everyone. I have a SIPP with Aviva. In my SIPP I bought some Aviva shares on the 26th March 24, they went EX Dividend on the 11th April and the dividend was due on the 23rd May 24 - I am yet to see any type of dividend payment appear in my SIPP. Normally if you use a dealing partner then I understand dividends are paid back through them.
I do have experience of share dealing through Lloyds and my Dividends usually appeared at the end of the day on the due date. I have fired an email to Aviva asking them this question but wanted to ask here as well whilst I await their answer.

Cheers.

I don't have any experience with Aviva, by I receive a lot of dividend payments into my SIPP at AJ Bell and they are always credited on the 'pay date' of the dividend. Occasionally, the email notifying me of a payment arrives quite late in the day, e.g. after 5pm, when the payment has been made much earlier in the day. You are correct that the dividend payments are made to the platform where the shares are held. (Actually a nominee company holds the shares, but this nominee company registers the dividend payments to be paid to the platform provider to be paid to you.)

I wouldn't worry about it, I expect your SIPP will be credited today, possibly before the Aviva Customer Service team can respond to your question. Your purchase contract guarantees you will receive the payment.
The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.

23rd May was yesterday.    So, you are being a bit premature.   The dividend payment goes to FNZ, and then FNZ applies it to your account (FNZ is Aviva's software provider). So, it's not a direct payment to your account, but it involves a couple of hops.

(note:  I have assumed it's their current product offering and not a legacy SIPP such as ex FP or ex AXA)

    Yes. that is FNZ.

Lloyds wasn't a platform.  So, it didn't need an extra hop.
