Bankruptcy

Options
Sorry for the rant
Why is bankruptcy so complicated, I thought the whole idea of going bankrupt was to finally have peace and be able to move on I cannot understand why there is nothing in place to help you when you have issues with your trustee mine will not communicate or provide me with relevant information my requests fall on deaf ears. I’m told you can apply to courts but without spending a fortune there is no one to help with that even the courts don’t seem to know how and it is a disgrace that trustees can add on fees that are way over the top and shocking that anyone can say you owe them money and when you try to dispute and say you do not agree you are not allowed to have a say rather than talk to you like you are a real person you get threats and intimidation and yet this is all apparently legal
when trying to get any advise I have been met with it’s complicate sorry we can’t help and as for trying to get a legal aid solicitor to help we’ll all I can say is good luck with that it’s all people trying to kick you when you are down and steel money after money
it’s sad and the laws need to be changed with regard to it and free help needs to be made available
since this has all started my parents who were also bankrupt as was my husband have all died partly due to the stress this has all caused I believe their health issues were not given any consideration and think the trustee was overjoyed when they all passed so they could do what they wanted and I’m sure with their continued threats and intimidation they are hoping to kill me too maybe that would be the best result
I’m told all debts should be written off after you are discharged yet it doesn’t happen because you may inherit so let’s just make sure you are on the street so we can have all your assets even when there is no need but mainly caused by trustees adding costs on it never ends and inventing figures
it just never ends
