Nationwide valuation

We bought our house last year and ported a fix from a previous house. This fix is ending in June this year.
We bought it for £365k and it was valued the same by Nationwide.
In the mortgage tracker house value increased to £372k in March this year. I logged in to Nationwide this morning snd value shows £360k?!
Is this normal?
i think this is done on purpose as the fix is ending and if the value was £365 or £372k we would have had equity below 80%, since they pushed down the value to only £360k we are now over 80% which means worst deals available.
houses similar to ours are now adverstised for circa £400k and when we bough it ours the neighbours bough the same one for £375k
what can i do? Could this be an error?
