Horizon Parking "Fine'" For Over Staying (Iceland)

I received a PCN in the post yesterday with the usual mumbo crap with images of my car now horizon parking are wanting £51 since the registered keeper overstayed by ~15 mins in the local Iceland.
I've found a thread with something close to what I've got which is https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6525292/horizon-parking-fine-tesco and I did notice a user suggest using
"This is an appeal by the registered keeper - No driver details will be given. Please do NOT try the usual trick of asking for driver details in order to get around the fact your NtK does not comply with PoFA. As there is no keeper liability, therefore, liability cannot flow from the driver to the keeper and so, is an automatic win at POPLA. Please cancel the notice or issue a POPLA code at which point you will auto withdraw."
I don't the want to pay this if possible and wondering if anyone might be able to help me with this matter as I'm unsure even how to use or even got about this?
I've also attached the front and back of the letter as seen below

A Google search shows that the parking there is 30 minutes ONLY, so they are alleging that the driver overstayed past the 30 minutes deadline1

All fully covered in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum, about the sixth thread down, written by coupon madjimlees said:

i would also like to add that i was with a disabled/elderly person (blue badge holder) whiles doing the shopping at the time and was slowed down due to the lack of people being on the tills (only one being on the till and being very slow with a good 6-7 people waiting)0

Definitely use the above 2 replies and complain to the landowner ASAP, as well as appealing as keeper to Horizon2

Just send that appeal.
Worked earlier this month for me with Horizon.

DVLA Keeper is ok, but choose Other from the second list.
Anything in the second list with the word 'I' in it tells them that the keeper was the driver.2 -
