Declined twice with no reasons given!!

  • I'd recommend asking independent mortgage broker, banks/building societies decline mortgages all the time, and prefer working with squeeky clean profiles, I'd suggest asking both previous mortgage brokers for the reason of the decline, typically, it would be unpaid debt, CIFAS markers, or bad credit score, but as you mentioned, all of these are clean, it should be ok. You need to go independent at this stage

    Or simply that the lender has deemed that it has a high exposure to a particular estate, locality or building already. Mortgage books are run at the macro level.
