My Bosch washing machine has died. . I have had a look at it and it appears to be the drum bearings.
Light use over many years . spare parts available can I be bothered to repair ?
Anyway looking around for a replacement. There are the cheap and nasty sub 300 . It will hardly get used.
Looking for something else........... the LG and Samsung in Currys with the free 5year warranty upgrade looks desirable.
But then came across Ebac washing machines. ? The last British made appliances. Manufactured in Durham. Not exactly cheap. Which magazine made some negative comments. Ebac on their website strongly dispute the review.
Comments anyone.

Cannot comment on washing machines but have had Ebac dehumidifier since 2008 and been very pleased with the product.1

Had one for a couple of years now, works just fine. Control panel is a bit dissapointing compared to Miele or such like but other than that build quality is good.
