Promotional Period: This Promotion opens at 00:00 on 21st May 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 18th June 2024. Entries received outside the Promotional Period shall not be valid for entry into this Promotion.

Entry Instructions:
During the Promotional Period: Text PERONI or PERONI1 or PERONI5 followed by a space, and your full name and postcode to 60110 ("Entr(y)(ies)"). Entries may only be submitted via text. By entering this Promotion you agree that such Entry (excluding personal information) is deemed to be non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such Entries.

Entry is by text only. Only one entry per person during the Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt only one unique mobile number will be accepted per person, and a person can use this mobile number to enter only once. Any use by entrants of identities other than their own and/or any entrant using multiple mobile numbers and/or any other methods and to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. A mobile number can only be used by one person and it cannot be shared within a household. The Promoter reserves the right to
determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant or household has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.

Prizes: There are 2 (two) x Tier 1 prizes, 14 (fourteen) x Tier 2 prizes, and 100 (one
hundred) x Tier 3 prizes.

Tier 1 prize (2 winners total):

Prize consists of a pair of BST Festival e-Tickets at Hyde Park on Saturday 6th July 2024 for 2 people (both winner and guest must be 18+), with gold VIP Hydeaway access which includes early access to the Hydeaway area plus drinks and food event package (4x drink vouchers and a food voucher). Drinks vouchers include soft drinks, Asahi Portfolio drinks and no & low drinks selections.

Prize includes one-night’s accommodation on 6th July 2024 at 5-star Baglioni Hotel in London with double or twin room (subject to availability) for winner and their guest on a bed and breakfast basis only, plus a travel allowance of £200 (total) paid to the winner’s UK bank account by BACS transfer or by cheque.

The prize excludes all others travel expenses or any other expense incurred not expressly stated in these terms and conditions as being part of the Prize.

Tickets will be sent to winners via email, no later than 3 days before the event.

Tier 2 Prize: (14 winners total)

General Admission e-tickets to BST Festival at Hyde Park for two (2) people. Both winner and guest must be 18+.

Two winners will each receive a pair of BST Festival tickets for 4th July 2024
Two winners will each receive a pair of BST Festival tickets for 5th July 2024
Two winners will each receive a pair of BST Festival tickets for 6th July 2024
Two winners will each receive a pair of BST Festival tickets for 7th July 2024
Two winners will each receive a pair of BST Festival tickets for 12th July 2024
Two winners will each receive a pair of BST Festival tickets for 13th July 2024
Two winners will each receive a pair of BST Festival tickets for 14th July 2024

Tickets will be allocated to winners in draw order. There is no choice of ticket dates.

Prize excludes travel, accommodation, spending money, food, beverages and all other expenses.

Tickets will be sent to winners via email, no later than 3 days before the respective event.

Tier 3 Prize: (100 winners total)
The prize includes a Peroni Nastro Azzurro branded tote bag (40 × 50 × 20 cm) and a Peroni Nastro Azzurro cool bag (21 × 24 × 13 cm (w × h × d). Winners will receive 1x tote bag and 1x cool bag. The prizes will be delivered to the winners by first-class post within 28 days of acceptance.

Please note that Tier 1 and 2 winners will be required to provide proof of identity documenting full name and age (date of birth), before the prize can be arranged. Proof of identity must match the name provided in the text entry. Only official documents can be accepted as proof of identity (driving licence, identity card or passport). Council tax will not be accepted as proof of identity. Expired proof of identity will not be accepted.

Only one prize per household. The prizes must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winners only. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize). The prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Sale of the prizes for profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud. The prizes cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.
