Promotional Period: This Promotion opens at 00:00 on 21st May 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 18th June 2024. Entries received outside the Promotional Period shall not be valid for entry into this Promotion.

Entry Instructions:
During the Promotional Period: Text TRIPLE or TRIPLE1 or TRIPLE5 followed by a space, and your full name and postcode to 60110 ("Entr(y)(ies)"). Entries may only be submitted via text. By entering this Promotion you agree that such Entry (excluding personal information) is deemed to be non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such Entries.

Entry is by text only. Only one entry per person during the Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt only one unique mobile number will be accepted per person, and a person can use this mobile number to enter only once. Any use by entrants of identities other than their own and/or any entrant using multiple mobile numbers and/or any other methods and to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. A mobile number can only be used by one person and it cannot be shared within a household. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant or household has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.

Prizes:
a. There is 1 x Tier 1 prize, 30 x Tier 2 prizes, 30 x Tier 3 prizes. 61 prizes in total.

b. Tier 1 prize: is a 3-night trip to Loch Long, Scotland, for 4 adults (18+). Prize includes:
- £400 travel allowance (total);
- 3 nights’ accommodation in a self-catering 2-bedroom cabin on the edge of Loch Long;
- a welcome hamper (excludes alcohol);
- two-course dinner (excludes beverages) delivered to the cabin on one night.

c. Prize excludes meals and drinks other than stated, spending money and all other expenses not expressly stated within these Terms and Conditions.

d. Prize must be booked a minimum of 6 weeks before date of travel and taken by 28th February 2025. Travel is subject to availability and excludes 26th August 2024, 24th December 2024 to 1st January 2025. Once booked, the prize cannot be altered.

e. Tier 2 prize: is a £50 Tesco e-Gift Card. e-Gift Card can be used in any UK Tesco store. The e-Gift Card cannot be used online or at a Tesco petrol station. The card and balance will expire five years from purchase or last card use. Email address required to receive prize.

f. Tier 3 prize: is a Whyte & Mackay gift set which includes 1x 70cl bottle of Whyte & Mackay, 1x whisky glass and 4x whisky stones.

g. Tier 2 and 3 prizes will be sent within 28 working days of acceptance.

h. Please note that Tier 1 and 3 winners will be required to provide proof of identity documenting full name and age (date of birth), before the prize can be arranged. Proof of identity must match the name provided in the text entry. Only official documents can be accepted as proof of identity (driving licence, identity card or passport). Council tax will not be accepted as proof of identity. Expired proof of identity will not be accepted.

Only one prize per household. The prizes must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winners only. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize). The prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Sale of the prizes for profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud. The prizes cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.
