NEST and salary sacrifice

Very confused please help. Can anyone explain the impact of a salary sacrifice on NEST employer contributions? If I sacrifice enough of my salary down to minimum wage levels which is very little as it’s a part time job (although well paid) would the employer NEST contribution be at the same level if I had not sacrificed any salary. The NEST website is quite confusing. Hope for help.

The employer contributions will show as 8% of salary. 3% the company contribution and 5% salary sacrifice1
