Reducing child benefit charges

in Cutting tax
Hello everyone,
Due to recent changes to the Child benefit threshold, I am now considering applying for it.
The threshold is now 60k instead of the previous 50k.
My salary is 65k on a permanent job,and I will have to pay approximately £332 in charges for being above 60k.
I know there are ways to reduce these charges by increasing my pension but there's only so much I want to increase it as the benefits from my pensions are not tangible until I retire.
Buying annual leave will benefit me more and I am considering buying it but not sure if that helps with my income, do I save on income tax and NI and does that allow me to declare a lower salary and therefore pay less in childcare charges?
Is there anything else I can take advantage of to reduce these charges?
Any advice is appreciated.
Thank you

Yes, buying annual leave as salary sacrifice also drops your gross pay and as such reduces your tax and NI exposure. I do this myself to reduce my exposure to the £100k tax trap. If in so doing you drop tax bands in the way it works for me, it can make the additional days you are buying very cost effective.0
