Anyone else not been paid by the CSA this week?

Me too, but I know that the ex has refused to pay so the whole sad story starts again although I must say how impressed I am with enforcement so far. Ex agreed to pay a fiver per week starting Nov, which he failed to do. He also failed to pay December and all letters and phonecalls have been ignored by him so the CSA have applied for a liability order. The Court date for this is second week in Feb - blooming quick for them!!! After that I shall try and establish what action they are intending to take to enforce it.0

Sorry to go off-topic.
Hiya Kelloggs.
All the best for 2008.
Just to say I have received an substantial amount of arrears and all of my long standing debts have been paid and I'm going to get a new kitchen ( without the help of a loan ) soon.
Just treated us to a new TV and, if you have ever wondered about my pic <----...Fabian Perez btw...he is gorgeous too...it's entitled " For a Better Life"...I find the title rather appropriate.

Well, my fav ever pic ( been on my desktop for years-never get sick of looking at it ) was in a local arty-farty shop for a lot of money ( signed too ). Today it was reduced by a lot ( sale and reduced are a couple of my fav words) and I had the dosh to buy it outright! BF is putting it up on the wall tonight :T:T:T
BUT... I am in the same boat as you. It all begins again as the s/e problem is not behaving himself.
The CSA has also messed up the salaried assessment but I'm on top on it!
The fight goes on...
Can't wait to see what Janet Parasteva - Chief Designate of C-Mess - will think of her new appointment.
Just thought I would familiarise her name on here.:A
Edit: And another thought.
Perhaps the CSA are going to be more on the ball now with your case ( and perhaps with mine ) as they have got results. But in my case it was a payment that was an advance payment...plus interest.
Did you get interest?0 -

Hang on a minute. Sorry to be dumb here, but what you are saying is that the CSA holding account ie that bank beginning with H, gets the interest, not the CSA? Surely they have concocted a deal here?0
