Same problem this month - when you tap 'how to enter' nothing happens

Being old and not so with it, I cannot for the life of me recognise the band! Help plse1

For me there was a delay for the popup to appear and a delay after clicking "how to enter" It just seems to be very slow on my old Nokia.1

It didn't work for me last month and again when I tried yesterday.
However it did work when I tried again this afternoon
