so scared IVA default

hi, i have just had a default letter from my IVA practitioner. i am so scared now, and there is noone working there till wednesday next week. i need to know what will happen now as i dont want to face bankruptcy as couldnt cope with losing my house. can anyone help me ????

are you able to bring your payments up to date? What is the default for? Who is your IVA practitioner?

i can pay some of the default amount but not all of it. , the default is due to missed payments . we can afford to meet the payments now but had difficulty before. our IP is RE10

are they a company that charge you a fee to run your iva? Call cccs or payplan on monday (who will help for no fee) and see what they recommend as they will know all the right details to ask you

i did call cccs earlier but all they could say was to contact my IP on wednesday. i really need to get some idea of what can happen,

now im even more confused. i have looked at the statement of payments they have sent me and it appears that they have listed july twice resulting in a higher debt than i think it should be .

You are getting all worked up over this....chill out veryscared, wait untill Wednesday and ask what happened to the July fiasco, you may be able to come some arrangment with your IVA.....just be patient....have a drink or so or go for a long walk to clear your head!
