Mortgage

Options
Hi everybody,

I made an application with Nationwide on 7th of May and very next day my application went to Audit. I got the AIP with Nationwide and Accord by the way.

I am not sure what does this mean and the likelihood of approval.

Circumstance:

Me: Employed from 10 years.
wife: Self employed for 2 years and now employed from 3 months

90% deposit came from self employment which build over 2 years.

Please advice if anybody has an idea of Nationwide

“Audit” is an internal procedure Lenders run on some cases to check their systems and processes.

Having your case selected for the process is just random and nothing to do with the merits of your case. It will delay your offer by a few days.
