Help with not honouring a prize

Can anyone help me? I took part in a recent Goodfellas competition where you visit the website given from purchasing one of their pizzas. When I revealed my prize it stated I had won a £1000 love2shop voucher. The website then glitched and would not let me upload my receipt, just went on a constant loop of reloading the upload page, so I couldn't progress. I contacted goodfellas, and after much time and passing back and forth, they have come back to me and said that my prize was only £25.  They have supplied data captures of this, which have incorrect timings on claiming that is the data. I know this is not correct as I am always driving at the times their data suggests I accessed their website.

I have gone back to them with this information, but im wondering what else I can do and who else I can ask for help with as it does not seem I'm likely to be given the prize I was shown that I had won 😔

You could try contacting the ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) and see whether they will take up your complaint.

Otherwise, message Goodfellas on their social media pages, and see whether they can resolve the issue.

That sucks! I won a free pizza, uploaded the receipt and never heard back! I hope you get it sorted out.

If you win something and it shows up on your screen as a win, the first thing you do is take screen print.

I have had several occasions now where there has been a dispute, and my screen print has been very useful.
