Full terms and conditions – Made with the Best of us - Italian Holiday Competition

• By taking part in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be

bound by these terms and conditions.

• The prize draw is open to residents of England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland aged

18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Dr. Schär, and any company

or influencer affiliated with the organisation, their agents or any other persons

professionally connected with the draw.

• To enter, participants must follow the following steps: 1. Visit www.schaer.com/en-uk

website 2. Play our on-site game 3. Enter their details at the end of the game, to enter our

prize draw

• The competition prizes consist of the following:

o 2,000 money off vouchers worth £5 each

o 1 holiday voucher worth £6,600

• Prizes are non-refundable.

• The money off vouchers will have their own terms and conditions on which need to be

adhered to.

• The closing date for this promotion is the 16th June 2024. Submissions after this time will not

be considered.

• There will be 2000 winner(s) of the £5 off vouchers and the winner(s) will be selected from

all valid entries received by the closing date. The winners will be contacted by 30th June.

• There will be 1 winner of the holiday vouchers and the winner will be selected from all valid

entries received by the closing date. The winners will be contacted by 30th June.

• Prize must be claimed within 7 days of the initial notification. All reasonable effort will be

made to contact the winner; however, if the prize is not claimed within 7 days a re-draw will

take place.

• Participants are only able to enter the competition once.

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Dr Schär reserves the right to replace entire prizes

or prize components with prizes of equal or greater value.

• The prize winner(s) will be required to participate in and give their consent to related

publicity. This includes the sharing of their name being used for promotional purposes

and/or reasonable requests to take part in the Promoters’ publicity. Please note: the

competition results and photographs may be shared on the Dr Schär website. The

competition results may also be shared on social media (Facebook and Instagram) at a later

date. For publicly posted pictures Dr Schär has the right to repost and use these images in

wider marketing efforts.

• No responsibility is accepted for entries that are misdirected, late or illegible, nor for any

associated costs.

• The winner(s) name and county may be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed
