Is it worth paying for NI gap years if I wont have 35+

Hi all,
I have 13 full years and another 6 part years.
I dont think I will work long enough to accumulate 35+ for the full pension

Is it worth me paying for those gap years?

Thanks

Maybe, maybe not. Not enough information to make an educated comment.  How much is your current accrued pension amount? When do you reach state retirement? How much are those part price years?

It's very much worth paying for any years that will contribute to your state pension, whether they are years from now until you reach SP age or years in the past. But not all years in the past will contribute to the state pension, which is why molerat asks for more information.
