got a reply today from link for an aqua credit card debt, I offered 33%, they refused and will accept 80% , this debt was assigned to link a year ago, but I'm not sure if they own all the rights or they are simply the agent, think they own it.
this is the only debt that has never defaulted, I have asked them, but they never did, despite on a dmp for 2.5 years.
the aqua account was opened in 2019 and cca request proved it is legit.
on the good news is I settled a payday loan, for 72% as it was a low balance , but this link debt is closer to £600 to settle.I have £900 in (savings, emergency fund,) going up around £700 per month due to my very low repayments I'm making on my own dmp to creditors ( awaiting replies to see what they say about my low repayments, as I refused to supply a SAO, I simply set up standing orders)

Christians Against Poverty solved my debt problem, when all other debt charities failed. Give them a call !! ( You don't have to be a Christian ! )
