Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 years or older. This excludes all Quiet

Mark UK employees, and anyone associated with the draw.

o The Promoter is Quiet Mark Approval Ltd (‘the Promoter’).

o Entrants agree to be bound by these rules and any other requirements set out in the material relating to

this promotion.

o The prize is a single Sea Safari holiday experience worth £25,000 (‘the Prize’) during the Sea Safari season

dates of 01/05/24 to 01/10/24 and there are no runners’ up prizes.

o The Promoter will contact the winner by phone, email and letter where records allow. The winner will

have 7 calendar days to accept their prize or the draw will be re-drawn.

o The prize will include: Quiet Mark covering the costs for the Sea Safari holiday for maximum of 4 people,

includes 2 nights stay at 5 star hotel Glenapp Castle hotel operating the Safari and 2 nights on Sea Safari,

including full board, accommodation, return UK flights and transfers from airport to all accommodation.

o No other alternatives to the prize will be offered and the prize isn’t transferable.

o You can opt-out of the prize draw by emailing your full name, date of birth and post code to

o Only 1 entry can be made per person.

o The winning entry will be randomly selected on 23/05/2024 and will be notified by post, telephone and

email where records allow before 30/05/2024.
