Hi our application with bluestone went in last Thursday and our valuation is booked for the 14th - is getting to valuation stage a good thing? We are first time buyers never in a million years did we think we'd be able to even possibly buy a house I just don't want to get too excited 😅 so any info or time lines would be great 😊

Well it certainly isn't bad news. Just relax, it's easier that way

Hi, also with bluestone. Valuation done today. If bluestone do give us a mortgage offer will all the relevant checks have been done? Will any further checks be done before completion? First time buyers so not sure what to expect. Thank you
