    Hi the OR has come back with happy to do an assignment but accepting offers from my brother who we are claiming the property against. 
    Of course my brother has the posibility to bid more so I dont understand how this is fair
    Also they have said that they want the money regardless if I win or not- how is that right becasue if i lose i dont have an assest therefore rendering this claim void?
