writing/publishing a specialist book? advice please

I am in the fortunate position of having access to a vast amount of specialist information which I know would be of massive interest to a world wide audience. My problem is I don't have a clue what to do with it!
Should I write a specialist book? publish it on the internet? I don't have any knowledge or expertise in any of these areas. I know 100% that the information is sought after by enthusiasts in this particular field, thats what makes it so frustrating! Any advice greatly appreciated. Sincerely omnipeta.
