1.1. Promotion open to residents of Great Britain, aged 18 or over, excluding anyone professionally connected with this promotion.

2. To enter, simply populate the ballot form and you will be entered into the prize draw. You can only enter the prize draw once. One email address, one entry. Any duplication entries of the same email address will be discarded.

4. Start Date: This promotion will start at 00:01 7th May 2024.

5. Closing Date: Entries must be received by 23:59 on the 27th June 2024.

6. We reserve the right to terminate the Prize Draw at any point

7. There is one prize in total £1000 credit for the winning recipient to spend at Freemans.com. The recipient will be contacted via email address used on entry of the prize draw by Freemans representative to liaise with the winner and facilitate the purchase.

8. Conditions for purchase:
• The winning recipient is eligible to spend £1000 on items at Freemans.com
• The winning recipient must purchase item(s) in one transaction facilitated by Freemans rep.
• The winning recipient is capped at £1000 spend, it is not possible for the winning recipient to contribute any of their own money to cover any additional purchases that exceed the £1000 credit limit.
• No exchanges, returns possible unless the items are faulty.
• Should item be faulty, recipient will be entitled to exchange product for alternative of the same value.
• Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with the purchase.

9. The winner will be the entrant drawn at random from all valid submitted entries. The winners will be selected and notified by email within 14 days of the closing date of the prize draw.
