It does seem pretty bad..

You find an item you really want and order it, only to find they have cancelled your order.

This was my first ever purchase from Debenhams.. don't think I'll be ordering online again.

Hubby really wanted this pan to do his large fry ups in!

Debenhams seem very untrustworthy!

Actually, I feel a letter of complaint coming on! lol

Good example how not to run a web site when it clearly doesn't show in real time the current stock

They wont even accept any of my cards, called them up and they said its not a problem with my bank its there problem. Great that doesnt really help me when Ive tried ordering items!!!!!!!

I bought 2 of thes in Debenhams Birmingham store this morning for £4.80 each they wer marked at £8 which wa supposed to be half price but I asked them to check the price at the till before I paid. They had loads of them on the shelf

I also had my order cancelled although it was for a Salter kitchen scales (reduced from £50 to £25).

My view is that they don't like people who use quidco and then free deleivery and 10% off codes. I think they pick and choose which orders to accpet.....

Anybody share this view?

hi mille i wondering if you could help me....i went into debenhams in birmingham on monday and i didn't see any of the pans on the shelves. where abouts did you get yours from??

Debenhams rund the worst online site ever. I had all five items cancelled and when I called to ask why they said they were out of stock.
Why the next day were four of them still on the site.
Appaling company.

They were on the ground floor on a rack over with the pans not against the wall but on a freestanding one.
