Credit file not updated

Hi, 

I have a loan with Updraft ( Fairscore). I have just checked my credit report and they haven't updated transunion since 1st january - is this normal?? All of my other account on my credit file are updated.

Yeah they seem to be extremly slow updating, but they will. I made a thread about it here:
